We collect information when you donate, report an animal emergency, submit an adoption enquiry, or apply to volunteer:

• Donor Information: Name, email address, mobile number, postal address, and PAN (Permanent Account Number) required by Indian tax authorities for issuing 80G tax deduction receipts.
• Rescue Reports: Name, contact phone, incident GPS coordinates, physical landmarks, and photos of injured animals.
• Adoption Enquiries: Name, residential address, family member details, and previous pet experience.

3. Payment Information Security

We process online donations through secure, RBI-authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do NOT store credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVV codes, or net-banking passwords on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.

4. Sharing of Information

Chhaya Foundation Trust never sells, rents, or trades donor personal information to commercial third parties. Information is only disclosed to government tax authorities as required by Section 80G statutory filings or to emergency veterinary partners when coordinating critical medical dispatch.
